Back Squats

Static, then AIS stretching
This took a lot out of me. I woke up stiffer then usual. Legs were/are tight after the air squats on Monday. Also, have a bit of a sore throat. I am surprised at how much harder the back squats were then my last front squats. I am beginning to question if I should even do back squats or just front squats.
