AIS Stretch
Done all in all about 20min before work. Moved through KB swings fast. These did not feel super tight. I am feeling a little pull in my right hip, kinda like I "pulled and twisted" it. Ate a little looser yesterday and somewhat on Sat. Will monitor hip. Pain now 1/10, little burning feeling.
