You're really seeing some great progress in your press loads. What do you attribute this too? 75K for a triple is really great stuff.

It was PC to press, PC to press, PC to press.

I think doing PC to press,press,press is harder. But, I like PC to press, because I think that does a better good of hitting the upper back, traps and shoulders as opposed to the press.

I do not know what to attribute it too. I think working on my snatch to get 220 overhead and putting 270 overhead in the jerk helps, but I do not know. I guess I could say, "I am progressing because of my elite knowledge of how to balance strength training with olympic lifting, with calesthetics" and I could give myself a cool nickname, but the truth is I have always been above average in pressing..benching, dipping, push-ups, etc.
