I had a lot of pizza and beer last night. Good times. I am not 100% today, so I have to be happy with efforts.

Look at you with the burpees back to back days and identical times.
Not being a wiseass so I am asking.....what's the goal? I think this is the first time i've seen you do burpees in nearly 2 years.
Villian Challenge #1: 100 Burpees in 5min. The pace is 1 burpee every 3secs.
My plan is to do them 4x/week, adding 1-2 sets of 5 each week. I do not know how long it will take, but if it did not require work over a period of time, it would not be a challenge.
