Then, did a few HSPU on parrelletes, 3-1-1. Then..
KB Complex 35lbs bell
10 Swings
8/8 High Pull
6/6 Snatch
4/4 Clean and Press

I played with a few other KB drills...like snatching the 53lbs, double KB cleans, etc. First time doing swings in a long time. I think I may have been overextending with the hips, stressing my lower back when working with the bell. I worked on keeping myself tight (to take a punch). We will see how the back holds up.

As for the press, last day doing it. I failed on my linear progression for the first time today. Time to move on to other shoulder exercises for awhile.
