Clean and Jerk

First time doing split cleans. They felt good. I may be failing to complete the second pull, need to work on clean pulls.

How'd you like doing the split cleans? Did you feel as if you could get low enough (confidently) to clean the weight? How did you like this compared a typical clean?

After drilling the jerk both ways, I think I prefer the split jerk.

I think I like the squat better for the cleans. But, I encourage everyone to try both styles. The squat style is only advantages if one has the flexibility to drop all the way down.
