Played with power to squat snatch. Felt okay, next time will go back to split to see if I can do better then 195lbs.

Closing in on 100k goal. If you're under 205, it's only a matter of time before you get under 215 then 220.
When you say "full squat" are you saying a2a or hip crease below knee?
I say full squat meaning not a power squat snatch. I say squat vs split.
One of the silliest things about CF is the need to put depth markers on squats/cleans. If you can pull it higher, you drop less, if you can drop lower, you do not have to pull as high...duh. CF and most of the affiliates just miss the point on this one. They will talk about work output and overall path of the bar, but a "squat version" takes longer then a "power", thus the time (denominator) is increased and power (intensity in CF land) actually is less and isn't it all about intensity. But, then again, a BW snatch is a big deal in CrossFit and it is an intermediate accomplishment in WL.
