5 Passovers in squat position
Burgener Warm-Up
3 Position Power Snatch-Working on hitting the power position and "punching" the bar straight up from the power position.
Empty Bar:
3 Position Power snatchx2
10 Hang Snatches
This took about 10min. The purpose was to slowly move through the various positions of the snatch. This was all done to work the positions, get my body used to feeling each position and prime my nervous system. It was not meant to be taxing at all.
