45lbs KB Swings (until form breaks)
Single Unders-JR

The PM is a great program. I went up the 45lbs bell today. It is harder then the 35lbs used last time. I did a mix of 2-handed and 1 handed swings. I have not done single unders in awhile, it took a little bit to get the rythm back after focusing on DUs.
