MaxFit USA WOD

Today's MaxFit WOD

AQAP for Time of:
5 Round
5 DeadLift w/M=275lbs, W=185lds
3x
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

I paced through it, taking a moment to set myself for the deadlifts. After 2 heavy snatch sessions this week, adding in a deadlift METCON forced me to pay serious attention to my back. All in all, this WOD was right up my alley. MaxFit's WOD are a great supplement to my ME lifts.

So wait. You did 5 rounds of 275LB DL's and then 3 rounds of "Cindy" for time? Is that right?

Naw, 1 round was 5 DL's then 3 rounds of "Cindy". I did 5 of those rounds.
