With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Squat Clean and Jerk
5min, plus 5 C&J
Rest 1 min
Power Cleans:
5min plus 4 C&J

wow thats really good on the squat cleans Pat. It is cool how you doubled that up and did it with the Power Cleans. How smoked out were you?
