I have to say I've actually seen my best results in all aspects (except oly lifting) while doing the HQ workouts on 3 on 1 off.
I've been doing that since roughly March and had some good PRs. But, it really takes a toll on my body. I've found it necessary to take a week off every 6 just due to the massive volume. In April I did over 1000 pull-ups just by following HQ and in June I did about 750 and that really adds up.
However, my diet and rest are on point; so as it stands right now I plan on doing HQ until the middle of Fall and then would like to do a MEBB.
I had a chance to meet Coach Rut back in winter of 2006. My wife is from KC, Missouri and I was pretty much brand new to CF and oly lifting so I got some coaching from him at his box then.
The thing about following someone else's template; I don't do well making up my own workouts. I really thrive when following structured programming.
Regarding results from the HQ workouts; I do think they need to be followed closely for the best results. If I half-ass or cherrypick I can tell I'm not getting the results intended.
When this fall rolls around I'm definitely going to switch up my programming and might very well do pmenu workouts or MEBB.

thats an awesome Deadlift Pat. Great time on the 10 rounds of cindy. You always crush those bodyweight WODs.
Really good to see you back at it 100%. Your DL numbers are super impressive at your BW and 10 rds of Cindy in that time? Awesome.
Pat, here's my thoughts on your questions:

Pat,
395, is a STRONG deadlift for coming out of any lower extremity injury.
Are you pretty much 100% now or do you still have some 'flashbacks'?
