CFHQ "Barbara" 3 Rounds

"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.


Scaled to 3 rounds


1-2:27
2-2:36
3-3:50

I did not want to push it during my rebuilding, so I chose to do 3 rounds all out. I need to balance uping the intensity and recovery. The first 2 felt good, the 3rd I was done, wheel came off. overall, I feel good, back feels better, still not 100% and I still have some numbness in my L groin. I am looking forward to being 100% and hitting some serious training.

those are good times. Those maxfit wods are great. I might stick with more of their programming if I can.

I am settled in but no job yet....won't be long tho hopefully.

Really good Barbara round times overall. Blazing fast for rounds 1 & 2. Smart move to overdue it though I bet you were itching to go the full 5 rounds.
