Ya thats a good point Pat. With my audience tomorrow I know they aren't into the zone but I should probably include it in my lecture...undecided. THere is always that chance that women who have a history of eating disorders can slip back into it on the zone. But I think there are some great CFJ articles and discussions on that now. I might throw it in my final draft. Lots of bugs to work out. Its good to get your opinion...makes me think about things more. Thanks.
What kind of rope are you using for the double unders? Beaded ropes are way too slow. Try jumping supper high to get both rotations under ... might help, might now. I think handstands and double unders just take practice to recruit the muscle memory. Tried getting a muscle up on the rings again today. So damn close ... I'll have my own set of rings to practice whenever I want now. How old is your son? He is a little speedster.
