20 55lbs KB Snatches (10L/10R)

I missed the skips once on both the first and third round. KBS unbroken, had to break-up the last set of pull-ups. This little one smoked my forearms.

All I am thinking about is my forearms are screaming if I was to do this one..... Maybe I will do it this week. I will report back.

Your post regarding Barbara got me thinking. You're exactly right in comparing Cindy/5k to Barbara/800m intervals. It feels the same.

I actually think Cindy is an easier workout as the sets are much more manageable. Plus with a WOD like Barbara there is little to no pacing in the work, it's just shy of a sprint - at least for me.

I wish I could have finished all 5 rounds, I felt I was having a good workout and would like to have finished. We had some new(ish) people in the gym and even with scaled down movements/reps; they were seriously hurting post-WOD. This one is a beast.
