CFHQ WOD "Barbara

"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments

Barbara is hard. The sit-ups got me the most.

17:49....wow...that's impressive.

Last time i did Barbara I puked .... I think I was 3 - 4 slower than your time. The intensity of that workout really creeps up on you with the rest eh?

Your total time was my 4 round time. unbelievable.

Don't know how much thought you've given entering the CF Games Regional? If not, you should. Some serious thought, my friend.
